It's about time I set an ambiguity puzzle. This is one for fans of coloring puzzles, with some tricky steps in there. Enjoy!
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in each row, column and box.
The grey lines in the grid are either German Whisper lines, Entropic lines, or both. Each individual line may be of a different type. Lines do not branch, and do not turn at overlaps with other lines (ie. whenever two lines overlap, they go straight through).
German Whisper lines: Adjacent digits along a German Whisper line have a difference of at least 5.
Entropic lines: Every sequence of three adjacent digits along an Entropic line must contain one digit from 1,2,3, one digit from 4,5,6 and one digit from 7,8,9.
Inequality signs between two cells point towards the smaller digit.
Solution code: Row 2

Bite-sized, no difficult step. Enjoyable for mid-level solvers (e.g. my mom). Not sure how this ended up on the 5-star list -- was it featured by Simon or Mark at some point?
5/5 for the beauty rating, as usual

Nachdem ich mich endlich entschieden hatte, mit wie vielen Farben das Ganze koloriert werden soll, ging es etwas einfacher voran. :)
Schönes Rätsel.

Fascinating puzzle throughout! Sticking with which way to notate the parity was quite head-scratching but luckily I didn't run into trouble for so long.
Particularly I enjoyed the logic around box 5 and especially the long wiggle line in box 7-8 :)

Great break in, fun logic, and what I thought was an average puzzle near the beginning turned out to be very challenging till the end. Great puzzle!
