1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the total given in the upper left corner of the cage.
3. Digits separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. Digits separated by an X must add to 10. Digits separated by a V must add to 5. Not all X's, V's, or black dots are necessarily given.
4. Digits outside the grid give the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in that row.
Solution code: Row 5

Nice! Was good fun. I also forgot about the sandwich clue towards the end and thought I got stuck with a deadly pattern.

Nice puzzle. Would have liked a version without the colouring cause this was confusing.

Seems like a lot of people forgot last rules about sandwiches. I also forgot them for a moment and when I finished puzzle it was also fun to read comments section.

At the end I was left over with all the 789 triples and forgot about the numbers outside the grid. :)

It looks like I had the same issue as others as I forgot an important rule and thought I couldn’t finish it. A great puzzle.

I also probably did the same thing as the other comments.
Got to a point right at the end where I was going to just have to guess. Then remembered the one rule.

Think I might have done the exact same thing @jcelia did, as I also thought it was unsolvable until I remembered there's more rules! Lovely puzzle, Highly recommend for any beginners to these variants, some nice clean deductions.

Fun one. My brain shorted out for a second as I forgot one of the rules and thought I was stuck.
