Rules:
Regular sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box exactly once each.
Clues outside the grid are both little killer clues and look-and-say little killer clues. Digits along diagonals pointed to by arrows outside the grid must sum to the number listed, and may repeat along the diagonal if otherwise allowed. Also, the first digit in a clue indicates the number of times the second digit in the clue appears along the indicated diagonal.
Additionally, clues are encrypted. Letters A-D represent unique digits between 1-9 that must be deduced; ?'s may represent any digit between 1-9, including A-D, and different ?'s are not necessarily the same digit.

Damn. I had to keep coming back to this one every day or so, but whenever I did I saw something new that kept nudging me forward. Really wild you were able to pack so much into a minimally clued puzzle like this. Thank you for setting it!
