3) Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits
4) Cells separated by a black dot contin digits in a 1:2 ratio

Fantastic puzzle! Feels similar to the stuff I love setting. It's amazing this is unique, those kropkis + geometry really do some heavy lifting.
