Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The letters A, G, H, M and N all represent different numbers (not necessarily from 1-9).
Arrow: digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
Killer: digits in a cage sum to the given total in the top left corner.
Region Sums line: digits on the blue line have an equal sum in each 3x3 box through which the line passes.
Sandwich: clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits between 1 and 9 in that row.
Thermometers: digits on a thermometer increase from the bulb end.

Lovely puzzle! Wide variety of fun and unexpected deductions.
There is an issue on Sudokupad, where the tip of the arrow cannot be seen under the thermo bulb -- could this be the reason some have given a lower rating?

echo to @ ViKingPrime: I cannot understand this low rating. This puzzle is gordeous and must be wide over 90%. I see, there are some solvers, who ever gives low ratings. How is it possible, that the average rating comes down because of one troublemaker?

Every time this puzzle seems ready to give up its secrets, there's another trick up its sleeve (I must say, I quite enjoyed the disambiguation at the end).

EDIT: The current rating is wholly undeserved, this is a wonderful puzzle - I imagine there must have been some challenge in resolving the end of the puzzle but it's logical and plays into the theme rather beautifully.
