Low clouds in a German city

Green lines are German whispers lines: adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.
Each digit in the grid represents the height of a skyscraper located in that cell. Clues outside the grid indicate the number of visible skyscrapers from that direction, with taller skyscrapers blocking the view on smaller skyscrapers behind them.
However, due to low hanging clouds in the city today, skyscrapers from 5 or lower are never visible for clues outside the grid. Therefore those clues can only see skyscrapers from 6 or higher.
