Wichtel 2022 (2): Die neue Wichtel-U-Bahn

From an article in the most recent Gnomeland Courier-Post:
After years of extensive construction work, the inauguration ceremony of the Gnomeland-Subway finally happened yesterday. "The effort was worthwhile," the chief gnome said in his keynote address. "All of our workshops are now easy to reach, and we can re-invest the time we thereby save to create more puzzles." Our editorial staff was given ample evidence thereof: our request for a subway map was greeted with the attached empty grid surrounded by several connection clues. We learned from some reliable sources, however, that all twelve workshops, taken together, constitute a complete set of the twelve pentominoes, when one shades the corresponding cells in the map. It appears that none of the individual pentominoes touch each other, not even diagonally. In addition, all the shaded cells are to be traversed by the subway, but only using straight or corner connections, never splits or crossings. Unshaded cells, on the other hand, must NOT contain straight or corner connections.
Solution code: For each row except the last, the number of lines leading down from that row

Wahnsinnig tolles Rätsel! Erstaunlich, wie sich alles ergibt. Aber mit dem Ende hatte ich auch zu kämpfen.

Phantastisches Rätsel! Es war sehr schwierig für mich, da ich weder U-Bahn noch Pentominous Rätsel sehr oft gelöst habe, aber das hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht.
