Rules:

  • Digits on arrows sum to the number in the corresponding circle.
  • R1C3 and R1C4 are consecutive.
  • Every circle contains a valid Sandwich and Skyscraper clue.
  • A Sandwich clue is the sum of the digits between the 1 and 9 in that row/column.
  • A Skyscraper clues shows the number of visible skyscrapers in that row/column from the clue's direction of view. Digits in the grid represent skyscrapers of that height. Higher skyscrapers obscure smaller ones.

I love this kind of telegraphed break-in - the skyscraper and sandwich logic was pretty standard from there, hopefully people won't shy away from the difficulty rating
