Saya's Skyscrapers

This is the second puzzle in the 'Members of BEYOOOOONDS' series. Each puzzle in this series comes with a brief introduction to the BEYOOOOONDS member the puzzle is based on. Today's puzzle is for Saya Eguchi.
At around 170cm tall, Saya Eguchi towers over the other BEYOOOOONDS members. She likes baking cakes and macaroons, and once led an exercise class to the tune of the Village People's "Go West". But even someone as tall as her can't see every skyscraper in the city. Normal Sudoku rules apply in the 9x9 grid.
Three adjacent digits on a daisy entropic line must contain one low (123), one mid (456) and one high (789) digit.
Digits separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2. Not all possible black dots are given.
Digits outside the 9x9 grid are Skyscraper clues. They give the number of digits in the row or column the clue 'sees'. Larger digits obscure smaller digits from vision.
Sudokupad (Outside cells have no border but can be filled in, and do not influence answer check).

The yellow lines are so bright they're nearly invisible - both in the screenshot here and in SudokuPad.
