Normal sudoku rules apply to the nine 3x3 boxes.
Numbers outside the sudoku grid are japanese sums clues, giving the sums of contiguous runs of shaded cells in that row or column, in order (e.g. leftmost row clue = leftmost run). Runs in a row or column are separated by at least one unshaded cell. It is up to the solver to determine how many clues there are for each row or column, along with clue values.
Numbers along an arrow sum to the number in that arrow's circle. Numbers may repeat along an arrow. Double-digit numbers are possible. The blue and red arrows have no special meaning.
For clarity, all arrow cells are japanese sums clues, no clues are zero, and there are no gaps in clues from the edge of the sudoku grid to the outermost clue. There may be japanese sums clues beyond the outermost arrow cell.
