Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply, along with normal German Whisper, Renban, Region Sum Line, Killer Cage, Odd Circle, and Kropki Pairs rules. No negative constraints.
Normal Sudoku rules: place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
German Whispers: adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
Renban: digits on a purple line must form a consecutive set of digits, in any order.
Region Sum Lines: digits on a blue line sum to the same total in each box the line visits. Different lines may have different sums.
Killer Cage: digits in a cage must not repeat, and sum to the total in the top left corner, if given.
Odd Circle: digits in a gray circle are odd.
Kropki Pairs: digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
The puzzle name was created in the style of Anguish Languish, a nonsense language where similar-sounding words replace the actual words and their meaning has to be deduced by hearing or speaking the phrase aloud.

Please add complete rules. The problem is that the puzzle will still be here in 20 or 30 years and nobody knows what is 'standard' then.

Thank you for the guidance!

I don't understand the killer cage. does it sums to the top left number?
-----
Yes. Digits in a cage may not repeat. If there is a number in the top left corner of the cage, the digits must sum to that number.
