This is the third in a trio (for now) of numbered rooms chaos constructions I've been working on. I believe I have saved the best for last and I hope you'll agree! Happy solving.
Each row, column, and region in the central 9x9 grid must contain the digits from 1 to 9 exactly once. Each region is a set of orthogonally connected cells and must be determined by the solver.
Thermometers: digits must increase from the bulb end.
Between lines: digits along grey lines between two circles must have values between those in the circles.
Arrows: digits along an arrow sum to the digit in its circle.
Double arrows: digits along a purple line sums to the sum of the digits in its circles.
Odds: Cells with grey circles contain odd digits.
German whispers: digits along green lines must differ from their neighbor on the line by at least five. Cells that belong to the same green whisper line belong to the same region.
Numbered rooms: digits placed on clues outside the central 9x9 grid are numbered rooms clues and they indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction. For each clue, the first and Nth cells must be in the same region. This includes the corner cells of the 11x11 grid - digits placed in these cells are also numbered room clues and the directions in these cases are the diagonals.

The circle is only there for r4c1 to act as an indexer right? It doesn't necessarily have to be an odd clue? A question mark would work just as well I think

Nice logic especially the lower whispers line to help draw the regions.

Amazing that this solves uniquely - fantastic setting! Took my dad and me a couple of hours of joint efforts but we got there!

However, the bottom right region was done long before finish for me. Excellent puzzle anyway!

My first time attempting a 5 star puzzle. At first glance I thought there's no way I can do this. A few deductions later I was hooked and just had to solve it. Mind you, it took me just over 2 hours. But it was a fun time! Thanks!
