Boxed Rooms (Chaos Construction)

Each row, column, and region in the central 9x9 grid must contain the digits from 1 to 9 exactly once. Each region is a set of orthogonally connected cells and must be determined by the solver.
Renban: purple lines contain sets of non-repeating consecutive digits.
German whispers: digits along green lines must differ from their neighbor on the line by at least five.
Numbered rooms: digits placed on lines outside the central 9x9 grid (except for the corner cells) are numbered rooms clues and they indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction. For each clue, the first and Nth cells must be in the same region.
