The final grand tour of cycling is upon us, The 2023 Vuelta a España starts this Saturday, and I made a puzzle to celebrate it. Hopefully, it will be as exciting as the Tour de France but with a closer finish. Enjoy the ride!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
La Roja: Adjacent digits along the red line have a different odd/even parity.
Polka dot jersey: Adjacent digits along the grey line have a different high/low parity. where 5 can be in both sets. (sets are 12345 and 56789).
Green Jersey: is a German whisper, Consecutive digits along the line must have a difference of at least 5.
Big blue dots: Digits in cells containing a big blue dot indicating how many odd digits are in the 9 surrounding cells (including the cell itself).
Small blue dots: Cells separated by a small blue dot must have different odd/even parity.
Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits. Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all possible dots are given.
