The new solution code is working, thanks for fixing. Really nice puzzle

@tobymgk that is correct! I changed that on mine personally, but not sure how to make that the default setting. Thank you for this comment!

Solution code either isn't working, or instructions unclear, possibly both.

I’m pretty sure the negative constraint exists because the software is reading “knights move” in the description and assuming that means standard anti-knight. While you’re solving, you can click the gear icon and go to “Gameplay” and set Conflict Checker to “Classic Sudoku” and it will only check for normal sudoku rules (i.e. 1-9 in every box row and column with no repeats)

@Jreg thanks for this comment! I have no idea why that negative constraint exists and I tried to get rid of it, but couldn't. Thanks for the feedback on the solution. I'm new to this, but will change it going forward. Thank you for the complement too!

If the knight's move is encouraged, why does the software think there's a negative constraint? Is that a mistake in programming?
And furthermore, why does the code have to include the R1= at the beginning? Wouldn't the number sequence itself have been enough? The way the code works now, it's just confusing.
All in all, lovely concept, but there are some things about its execution I have a hard time understanding.
