Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

  • Anti knight rules apply. Cells separated by a knight's move (as in chess) cannot contain the same digit as each other. A knight in chess moves 1 in one direction, and 2 in another direction, making an L shape.
  • Tantalus rules apply. A clue with digit X outside the grid can't be placed in the first X cells from the direction of the clue. A clue in a corner of the grid applies similarly in its respective diagonal.
For example, with the 4 clue in row 2 (on the right side), r2c6789 can't be 4 (the first 4 horizontal cells in that direction).

@giladooshlin: Thanks for the constructive feedback. That is really appreciated. I can’t change it now, as I am not near any computer/laptop for the next two weeks, but I will change it if I dont forget to do so after two weeks :)
Please, don’t blackmail me next time. Also, don’t assume there was no effort put in the rules. I’m not a native English speaker and not good in languages in general. I know my shortcomings and it is for me harder to write down the rules than to create a puzzle.
I can handle constructive feedback and for that I am thankful, but please keep in mind that I am a human being with feelings :)

I rated this puzzle very low just because the rules are phrased so badly (clearly there was no effort there), and will update to 5 stars if they are corrected.

Here's a suggestion:
Tantalus rules apply. A clue with digit X outside the grid can't be placed in the first X cells from the direction of the clue. A clue in a corner of the grid applies similarly in its respective diagonal.
E.g., a 2 clue to the right of row 5 would mean that 2 can't be placed in r5c89, and a 2 in the bottom left corner would mean that 2 is excluded from r9c9 and r8c8.

Since this is a new rule, it's better to have more detailed instructions.

For future solvers: the corner 9s are for the diagonals

I don't understand how the 9 clues work in Tantalus rules. They must mean something otherwise there's no way to distinguish between 9s and 2s.

Thanks KB ... I suppose that should have been obvious to me
