Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits on a white dot are consecutive. There is no negative constraint.
The lines are nabner lines. Digits cannot repeat on a line, and lines cannot contain consecutive digits, regardless of order. For example, if a line has a 3 anywhere on it, 2 and 4 cannot appear on that line.

Among the ultimate forms of nabner line combo that I'd like to see, very clever setting with lots of cool and neat interactions throughout! :)
This kind of flow reminds me somewhat of my Parity Clockwork puzzle too (id=0008VE) x)
