Sum Amount of Trouble
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply in that each row, column, and 3x3 bold outlined region must contain all the digits 1-9 exactly once each (Sudoku)
2. Digits with a cage cannot repeat and must sum to either exactly one more than the given sum or one less than the given sum (Knapp Daneben Killer) For instance, a 16 cage must sum to either 15 or 17.

Lovely puzzle. Harder than I thought after the top third went so easily. Loving the way the +/- worked together so well. Think I need to work through others of your puzzles that haven't popped up on CtC.

So many funky interactions throughout, yet there’s always a good yellow brick road to walk through. Very fascinating puzzle! :)
