Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on arrows sum to the number in the corresponding circle.
- R2C1 and R3C1 are consecutive.
- Every circle contains a valid Sandwich and Numbered Room clue.
- A Sandwich clue is the sum of the digits between the 1 and 9 in that row/column.
- A Numbered Room clue indicates the digit which has to be placed in the Xth cell in its row or column, where X is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
