Hints:
Hints are written in white in the following paragraph. If you want too look at one, highlight the text.
Hint 1:
Start by coloring high/low in row 1
Hint 2:
Have you found some 5s? If not you might want to think about how many highs/lows are in the bottom left region and then find some more 5s
Hint 3:
Think about the 1 and the whisper in box 4
Hint 4:
Where does 1 go in box 5?
Hint 5:
At this point you should have some parity. Think about row 4 and the large bottom right region
Solution code: Row 3 from left to right followed by column 5 from top to bottom.

I came here from gUBBLOR’s Equality Cage puzzles, and I vastly underestimated the difficulty before starting. Was a couple times I thought about stopping but thankfully kept pushing through! What a great puzzle overall

Very nice puzzle! After reading the previous comment, I still forgot that digits can repeat in a cage. Silly me, but I got it eventually. Thank you

Wonderful puzzle! I got tripped up a few times because, for some reason, I overlooked that digits CAN repeat in cages, but once I figured that out, a lovely solve!
