Circumvention (Killer sudoku)

My second puzzle with the odd/even-killer rule set is not yet finished. Thus I like to upload this classic killer sudoku first. The break-in is not that easy. Overall, the difficulty might lie between 2/5 and 3/5. As always I much appreciate your opinions in the comments. I wish you happy solving!
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Killer cages: Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the clue in the top left.
- Diagonal: On the negative main diagonal digits do not repeat.

The logic is neat and beautiful, although I'd think this is slightly bounded to 3/5 diffculty for beginners because of the break-in.
Also congrats on the CTC debut. That is a fantastic debut!

You're welcome! Tbh, this puzzle only took me 11 minutes to solve ^^ But I just think this may be slightly hard for others.

Nice puzzle, tough break-in. I feel 2-star is too light.
Took me a quite a bit to get it (was about to ask for a hint), but once I saw it it was quite obvious.

You are very much welcome, PS3UDONYM, thank you for the comment! I am glad that you liked the puzzle. I agree with you that the break-in is harder than in some other 2/5 puzzles. However, the break-in is rewarding in the sense that after that the puzzle becomes easier quite quickly. Thus I think it is hard to estimate how to balance the different difficulties of these two phases in the solve. Thank you for sharing your opinion!

Cool puzzle! The break-in makes it a 3/5 in my view, but the rest is approachable and solves very smoothly.

Thank you for your comment, TheRiddler! I completely agree with your assessment that the break-in is harder than the steps thereafter which makes it a little hard to decide if it is a tougher 2/5 or an easier 3/5.
