Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in a circled cell indicate the number of cells it can see in 4 orthogonal directions (including itself). Cells of the opposite odd/even parity block line of sight. All circles are given, except within the caged area.

For clarification, here is an example 6x6 board. The 2 in r2c6 does not require a circle, as it is in a cage.
