Normal sudoku rules apply. Draw a single non-branching orthogonal line connecting cells in columns 1 through 4. Once the line leaves a row, it may not re-enter that same row. The line is reflected in columns 6 through 9 as if column 5 were a mirror. Both lines are entropic: any 3 sequential digits along the line must have a low digit (123), a medium digit (456) and a high digit (789). A number outside the grid indicates the sum of digits on entropic lines in that row. Digits on either side of a black dot are in a ratio of 1 to 2. Not all dots are given.

For clarification, here is an example board with a legal entropy line.
Solution code: Column 4 then column 6 (top to bottom); 18 digits, no spaces.

Had solved it the first time around. I re-uploaded the solution code to comment on a puzzle that I still remember, as I enjoyed solving it a lot!

*Editing note: I re-uploaded the puzzle to add an example, I did not know you didn't have to take it down first.
