This is a puzzle that I set for Ambrose's birthday, which Ambrose has encouraged me to publish. :-)
Rules:
Shade two cells in each row and column.
Fill the digits 1-6 in each unshaded cell, without repeating a digit in a row or column.
Draw a single non-branching, non-intersecting loop that travels orthogonally through the centers of all unshaded cells.
Clues above and to the left of the grid give the sum of the digits between the shaded cells in their corresponding row/column.
Solution code: Row 6 and column 7, use S for shaded cells.
