No more tens

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
A killer cage is a set of orthogonally connected, non-repeating digits.
Killer cages may overlap!
All killer cages of size 2 or 3 summing to 10 are given.
Cages of size 4 might or might not exist.

I had this idea of negative cage constraint, and later realized that combining it with german whispers yielded interesting logic.

Great puzzle. Neat break in

Would be good to update the instructions in the link about non-repeating digits, as I thought I had broken it before I came back to this page.

Really love this puzzle. Not seen something with that negative constraint before. Great work!

I don't understand the rules. Are we supposed to create killer cages that don't sum to 10? If so I suppose it's inferred that there is a possibility of a 4cell cage summing 10?

There might be hidden 4cell cages, but those 3cell and 2cell ones are all you get, e.g. you cannot have adjacent cells containing 1,4 and 5, except possibly in one of the given cages. - KoopaNooba

This was absolutely gorgeous, especially that break-in. I love that feeling of going from a whole load of pencil marks to a whole load of digits within seconds.
