DNA Replication

This puzzle was inspired by DNA Zipper. I was inspired to set several variations on the same theme after setting that puzzle, and I think this is the best version of them. I have included the other variations as bonus puzzles below .
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply (place digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box).
Normal killer cage rules apply (digits in a cage sum to the total in the top left cell, and digits don't repeat in a cage).
Normal renban rules apply (digits on a purple line form a set of consecutive digits in any order).
Digits connected by an X sum to ten. All X's are given.

Nice puzzle, thank you! In hindsight, I wonder how much faster I would have solved it, had I kept the negative constraint in mind the whole time.

@WatermeRen: I also had solved quite some part of the puzzle until I felt the urge to re-read rules. In hindsight, I think it is quite funny how much one can get by really pressing the constraints and normal sudoku logic.

I too like the previous commenter forgot the negative constraint and ran into issues, somehow managed to get like 95% of the way through brute force and then checked and saw the comment and was easily able to finish

Thank you for this fun puzzle, heliopolix! Unfortunately, I was too impatient to read the rules properly and completely overlooked the negative constraint. When there seemed to pop up deadly patterns almost everywhere I luckily became suspicious. :)
The solve path felt very smooth and well-balanced. Thank you for setting and sharing!
