This was a fun one to set. I was playing around with a new breakin idea and quickly found out that this could be used to create arrows that resolve in an unexpected manner. After some more experimentation, I decided to embrace this oddness and tie the room together by adding more purple. Happy solving!

According to feedback on the CtC discord, the breakin should be between 2 and 3 stars. Since the puzzle gets easier after that I'd say the overall difficulty is 2 stars.

Awesome puzzle! The simple-looking grid and ruleset left me dumbfounded for just a moment, until the break-in led to so many unexpected and awesome deductions. This was one of those puzzles that I was sad to see complete! Thanks!

Wow, what a clever puzzle!
So many interesting interactions.
PS. I have never heard of "the R technique" so it's doable with logic. I have seen that 6 cell line though in many places.

Thanks, Snaques! See my hidden comment if you're curious what "R" is.

Beautiful puzzle! Really interesting and great flow. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! Glad I was able to "tie the room together" in a flowy way :)

Loved the break-in. That was really clever!

Thank you botteur. I decided to be very generous with the "breakin reward" this time. Hope it wasn't too overwhelming :)

Only experts will know how to start this (the R-technique is critical). It's straightforward after that.

I think beginners are also able to start this, but it's far easier if you know "R" already.

Nice setting. Break-in was clever!

Thanks, PinkNickels! I like renbans much more since I found this.

Thank you for this cool puzzle, gdc! I got a little frustrated since I seemed to break it and could not find my mistake. Then I noticed that, without any reason, I was convinced that a digit on a renban had to be between the others. After that everything went quickly (I had solved most of the puzzle correctly already). The break-in is very fun and not too hard to spot. The interaction of the arrows and the renbans is a nice idea. Thank you for setting and sharing!

Thanks a lot! I guess the difficulty strongly depends on whether you have seen "that renban shape" before. Please see my hidden comment. I am curious about one thing you said.
