A digit in a circle (quadruple clue) must appear in at least one of the surrounding four cells.

Quadruple clues are always displayed in the standard way. I.e. when there are n digits in a quadruple clue, those digits appear in ascending order in the following positions within the clue circle, with regards to the compass directions:
n=1: Centre
n=2: W, E
n=3: NW, NE, S
n=4: NW, NE, SW, SE
