German Whisper (+ negative constraint)

This puzzle is handmade by a friend of mine (his very first try). He gave me permission to post it and would appreciate any comments (positive + negative).
It's my first time to post a puzzle here, so i had some problems to create a working link. If someone could create a CTC link (i don't know how to do that, was just happy to get f-puzzles working) that would be very much appreciated.
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
GERMAN WHISPERS-Numbers on green lines are at least 5 apart from their neighbors on the lines. Numbers may repeat on green lines.
NEGATIVE GERMAN WHISPER CONSTRAINT: All possible German Whisper lines are given. That means 2 digits that are adjacent (orthogonal or diagonal) without a green line between them have a difference of 4 or less.
THERMO: Digits along a thermometer must strictly increase, starting from the bulb end.

I quite like puzzles with negative constraints, this one was unusual as also applied to diagonally connected cells, which was easy to forget.

This is fun and had nice logic. It seemed to solve uniquely for me but I may have ended up assuming things wrongly
