Between The Skyscrapers

A sudoku that combines between-lines and skyscrapers. I hope you like it. I would appreciate your feedback. Thanks.
rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- between-lines: cells along lines between two circles must have values between those in the circles.
- skyscraper: Digits in circles are skyscraper-clues of their row (from the left) AND of their column (from the top)
The number indicate show many skyscrapers can be seen in the row/column from the respective direction. A skyscraper is visible if all skyscrapers in front of it are smaller. - Cells on either side of the inequality symbol must have values that abide by the indicated relationship.

As someone who didnt really know about skyscrapers it took some time to actually understand the rules - but the sudoku itself was really fun. Pretty amazing
