  • Digits in cages sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage and cannot repeat.
  • Digits along thermometers must increase from bulb to tip.
  • Clues outside the grid give the sum of the clues along the indicated diagonal.
  • Columns 1 and 9 index the digits 1 and 9 respectively. i.e. digits in column 1 indicate where the one (1) belongs in that row and the same in column 9 for number nine (9). e.g. a 4 in C1R6 means there is a 1 in C4R6.

Silly me, I started the puzzle without fully reading the rules and missed the 1&9 index rule. Was very frustrated until i read the rules again and was able to finish fairly easily. Read the rules, kids!! Thanks for the fun puzzle.

Absolutely loved the combination of the rules, i enjoyed how it wasn't just solving one rule, then the next. They bounced back and forth a lot!

Good puzzle! Just a note, the way I solved it there was no way to disambiguate some digits in the bottom of the grid. Otherwise it was a great solve!

I love 159 puzzles and this was in the same vein. Very fun solve.

As a minor feedback, it would've been nice to color the columns 1 and 9 to indicate the special rule as I glanced over that one when I started.
