Below is also a list of all other mini-map puzzles about some federal states.
The national border is drawn as a blue line including the inner border to Berlin. This time the line is not a German whisper line, but a variation of a region sum line where the box number is added. See the rules below for more details. Have fun!
Rules
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Blue Line: Digits on the lines sums to a base value N plus box number within each box it passes through. The base value N is equal for all boxes, the order of the box no. is defined as usual:

Example: If base value N is 15, the line in box 1 sums to 16 and line in box 5 sums to 20. - Killer: The sum of the digits in the cage must add up to the clue in the upper left corner of the cage.

Really like this series, especially is this case – when it's my own Bundesland that I'm supposed to fill with numbers.
Would have taken considerably more time without a killer cage/region sums tool like www.sudoku-tools.com

I found this one extremely difficult to keep track of; different values of region sum lines apparently are not my strong suite.

This has been the toughest state so far!! I don’t think I found the elegant solution like I did with the others, this one was taken one step at a time.

Thanks! Perhaps the special rules are confusing at first and make it seem more difficult than it really is. After finding the break-in it should flow not too hard ... I hope :-)

Thank you for yet another fun puzzle, farodin64! The rule set with plus box-sum lines is quite nice. Although facing it the first time I sometimes commited the mistake to confuse the sum with the base value. I love "find out the clue" puzzles where some value has to be determined during the solve. Here the break-in to reveal the base value is very nice.
