This puzzle was the result of a speed setting competition within the Sudoku Skunkworks. It is untouched from that effort, other than some slight aesthetics work. I think it turned out nicely; have fun!
Rules
Normal Sudoku Rules Apply.
• Kropki Pairs. Digits connected by white dots are consecutive. Digits connected by black dots are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
• JENGA blocks are Killer Cages. The digits within a block must sum to the total (if given) in the top left corner of the block. Some block totals are replaced with the letters JENGA and must be determined by the solver. The values of the letters increase alphabetically. (i.e. A is less than E)
[Note that two blocks have fallen and are skewed, the cage totals and dots apply within the blocks - imagine they only cover the two cells diagonally]

Every time I make plans to play Jenga, they fall apart. It's okay though, because I never win. The game is stacked against me.
This was a really fun puzzle. Thank you.

Nice puzzle, maybe too easy for most, but it took me ages ;-)
I agree that I was puzzled about the tilted black dot, I was looking for a number or letter.
Not sure if that is needed or not, but it help me figure out I was on the wrong track. So for me (n00b) it was needed :-)
