Normal sudoku rules apply
Each row, column and 3x3 box contains the digits 1 to 9.
Standard arrow rules apply
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in its circle. Digits may repeat along an arrow. (Note: The arrow in box 9 are two different arrows that share 3 cells)
Doubler cells
There are exactly 9 doubler cells in the grid, one in each row, column and box. No doubler cell can have the same digit (i.e. they are a separate set of the digits 1-9). Each doubler-cell digit counts as twice its value.
