Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits. Not all such white dots are necessarily given.
- Cells separated by a black dot contain digits with a ratio of 1:2. Not all such black dots are necessarily given.
- Digits on arrows sum to the digit in the connected bulb. Multiple arrows connected to the same bulb each sum to the arrow total.
