Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. Digits separated by an X must add to 10. Digits separated by a V must add to 5. Not all X's, V's, or black dots are necessarily given.

This puzzle isn't done enough justice for how stunningly good the X pairs are determined throughout the solve. Very elegant and mindboggling setting!
