Fibonacci's Snail (Between line Fillomino Sudoku Hybrid)

(Published on 19. July 2023, 22:50 by AnalyticalNinja )

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Fillomino: Divide the grid into colored regions, such that no two regions of the same size share an edge.
Between lines: digits on the line must be numerically between the digits in the attached circles. Cells on the between line (including the attached circles) contain the size of the colored region they are in. Cells not on the between line CANNOT contain the size of the colored region they are in.

Playable with F-Puzzles or CTC (SudokuPad).

Solution code: The digits in the cells in row 2, followed by the region sizes of the cells in row 2.

This is truly a brilliant puzzle. Not that hard, but still requires some thinking on it. Absolutely love it!

Just 1 question, I did it on CTC and it said my solution is correct, but my solution code is wrong. May I ask what is the meaning of "the region sizes of the cells in row 2"? Thank you.

Hi Samuel, I'm so sorry. For the record, I now see how dumb I was to hide this comment. (Wow facepalm) After you figure out the solution, feel free to delete part or all of my commentary here. So the solution code will be 18 digits, the 9 digits in row 2, followed by the region sizes for each of those digits. Also keep in mind that digits not on the line can't match their region size, it's an easy mistake to make, so that's why I mention it.
