EQUIVALENCE
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.
- Digits on a grey arrow sum to the digit in the connected bulb.
- Digits on a blue arrow, when multiplied together, result in the digit in the connected bulb.

This is a masterpiece! I especially liked the break-in, and then the follow-up. Combined with the rare - if not entirely new - idea of the blue arrows and the logic that comes with them, I rate this one as high as it gets. As a bonus, only 9 digits required for the solution code, where others feel the need to make you memorize 18 or more…
