the description of arrow rule is confusing, should be something like 'Digits in single cell circles are sums of the digits on their corresponding arrows'
the current version feels like the arrows are the sums...

Yes, both puzzles have the same solution. They are meant to be solved by two people together, one person has puzzle a and the other has puzzle b. You shouldn't look at your partner's screen but you should communicate with each other to solve them. One puzzle cannot be done without the other. It doesn't have to be done with a partner, you could have both open and solve it on your own but it is more with two solvers.

I'm confused...do both sudokus have the same solution, and there are ultimately different groups of clues which reveal the same answers?
