Cherry Blossom [Quadruples, Difference Dots, Pivots]

This is the third of my pivot sudokus where the clues are rotatable, thanks yet again to chameleon's software. The first two can be found here:

Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits in a white circle must appear at least once in the four surrounding cells.
Purple dots are pivot points for any clues touching their cell, which are rotated clockwise around their pivot point through N steps of 90 degrees, where N is the value on the pivot.
Rotated clues may overlap but must not extend outside the grid.

PuzzleTV interface note: You can use the rotation buttons below the number pad to rotate currently highlighted pivots, and the software will automatically orient the pivot when a digit is placed on it. I don't recommend it, but, if you really want to solve this in other software you can do that here, just be aware that the clues won't rotate!

Fascinating concept and very well executed!
Smooth solve path, minus the part where I failed to properly read the rules for an hour. My fault for trying to solve while sleep deprived. :-)
