FRIENDLY ARROWS
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
- Every digit must have a friend, i.e at least one orthogonally connected consecutive digit.

@SKORP17: Every digit. Every digit on the grid needs to have at least one consecutive digit next to it.
