Manatee Meadow

This puzzle uses the same ruleset as my other aquatic puzzles: Aquatic Marmalade and Kelp Forest. It should be a bit more approachable than those puzzles.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Normal Thermo rules apply (digits on a gray thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb to the tip).
Normal German Whisper rules apply (adjacent digits along a green line must have a difference of five or more).
Cells separated by an orange dot differ by the same value. The solver must determine the value. Not all dots are necessarily given.
