Rules:
Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply.
The grey lines are palindromes, which have a sequence of digits that, when reversed, is the same sequence.
Two digits on adjacent cells connected by a white kropki dot are consecutive.
Any two adjacent cells may not sum to 5 nor 10.

Solution code: The digits on the top-left palindrome, then the middle palindrome, then the bottom-right palindrome (all in order).

To clarify the rules a little bit: I assume "adjacent" means orthogonally adjacent only, otherwise there is no solution to the puzzle.
