I made this puzzle because I love cycling and I'm excited about the 2023 Tour de France which started earlier this week. Happy solving!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The Yellow and the Polka dot jerseys are Dutch whispers, consecutive digits along the lines must have a difference of at least 4.
The Green Jersey is a German whisper, Consecutive digits along the line must have a difference of at least 5.
Cells separated by a pink dot must have different odd/even parity.
Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits. Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all possible dots are given.
Solution code: Enter column 4 digits from top to bottom.
