Also 2 star to me. Didnt read any comment before. Was surprised how tricky the break in was. But man what a cool puzzle. Thx.

Incredible puzzle, I really feel like I've levelled up after this

Sehr schönes, einfaches Design, aber nicht leicht für mich.

Some comments indicated the difficulty would be more like 2 stars than 1 star. I was able to look at the statistics now and the current average is 1.715 with appr. 40% 1-star votes, 50% 2-star votes and 10% 3-star votes.

As someone who’s not yet able to manage above a two-star, this is decidedly a two star, and quite a tricky one at that in my experience. I kept coming back to it the last couple of days and getting frustrated; I even wrote comments here asking for help, thought I deleted them rather than posting.
It’s also gorgeous, though. Really lovely deductions and impossible to brute-force. I admit it took me a long time to see what may have been obvious to more experienced solvers, but when I did it had a really wonderful and clear flow.

Thanks for solving and your comment, I appreciate the honesty regarding how difficult you found it!
I posted the puzzle with an estimated difficulty of 2* and was quite surprised that it turned out as 1*. Especially with these many solvers commenting they found it harder. I'm really curious what the distribution of the ratings is; I will be able to see the statistics on August 1st. Must be right on the tipping point to 2* :-)

For me hard break in, but once seeing it I can't believe it took me so long to figure out.

Absolute Oberklasse unter den Thermo-Sudokus, aber das ist doch niemals 1* :D

Wunderschön. Aber definitiv kein 1-Stern für mich

Really nice, thank you. I agree though, this seemed more like a 2 star to me

Some really nice deductions to be made here :) I felt it was closer to 2* though.

Definitely not a 1 star puzzle, but the solution is magical. I have never seen a squiggly you-know-what like the one featured here.

A strange yet wonderful puzzle, thanks for sharing.

Another gem by Florian Wortman. Looking at the symmetry I was wondering how this can I have one solution. But it does. Making it two star in difficulty as I struggle a bit.

Absolutely love these types of thermos. Remember seeing Simon solve one of these years ago and learning the trick. Took me just under 9 minutes. Thanks for setting and sharing!
