Another mini-map puzzle of the federal states, this time Baden-Württemberg. Below is also a list of all other mini-map puzzles about the federal states. The national border is drawn as a green German Whisper line. Baden-Württemberg is divided into 4 administrative districts (Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, Freiburg and Tübingen). The blue Region Sum lines follow the boundaries of the governorates. Have fun!
Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- German Whisper: Adjacent digits along the green line must have a difference of at least 5.
- Region Sum: Digits on the blue line have an equal sum N within each box it passes through.
- Killer: Digits in the cage must sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage.
- Odd: The cell with a gray circle contains an odd number.

Is this one single blue line, two blue lines that cross over each other, or four blue lines that meet at r6c4? And if it is either of the latter two, do the different lines have different totals or not?

It is one single blue line, so in the center box the blue line touch 5 cells which sum to N
