This is a combination of Tripleblock and Simple Loop. It's inspired by this puzzle, and by the horrible lack of other tripleblock puzzles out there. :-)
Rules:
Shade three cells in every row and column, and fill every unshaded cell with the digits 1-9 in such a way that no digit repeats in a row or a column.
Draw a single non-branching, non-intersecting loop that travels orthogonally through the centers of all unshaded cells.
The letters written outside of the grid are tripleblock clues. The first value gives the sum of the digits between the first and second shaded cell in the row or column, likewise with the second value and the second and third shaded cell. These values may be zero if the shaded cells are adjacent.
Every distinct letter represents a distinct digit from 0 to 9. A question mark represents any digit, but for a double digit number, the first digit cannot be 0.
Solution code: Row 10 and column 12, write "S" for shaded cells.

Amazing puzzle. Loved how logic with the loop, Cypher, and sudoku was intertwined and you couldn't do each puzzle type on its own

With the number of times I broke this and made the stubborn decision to start over from scratch, I think I've gotten to know this puzzle better than I know some of my own. I can only assume I have now finally payed the karmic debt for my thermo puzzle that gave you nightmares. Thank you for the wonderful puzzle, I really really love this combination of genres!

Wow! This puzzle is a journey with many small pieces of incredible logic! I enjoyed my time with this puzzle, even after breaking it at least five times. Thank you for this.
