Digits separated by a X sums to 10, digits separated by a V sums to 5. Not all are given.
Digits along an arrow sun to it's circle.
Outside the grid, digits sum to the total along that diagonal, digits may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Solution code: Row 3 followed by Row 9 (18 digits total)
