Pentomino Aquarium
(Published on 26. June 2023, 21:12 by RockyRoer)
The Rules:
- Fill the grid with pentominoes such that every cell is in a pentomino, and no two pentominoes of the same shape (rotations and reflections included) can share an edge.
- Each pentomino must contain 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 shaded cells. These shaded cells must be lower than all unshaded cells in a pentomino.
- Inequalities separate pentominoes, and the inequality refers to the number of shaded cells in each of the two pentominoes it separates.
The Puzzle:
Play in Penpa with answer check enabled
or play CTC app but no answer check.
Solution code: If each cell contains the number of shaded cells in its pentomino, then the solution code is the numbers in the cells for column 4 and row 9 (20 digits)

A combination of Aquarium with Border Pentominous? Sounds crazy, but this puzzle shows it works very well! Thank you so much for sharing.
