Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum up to a digit in a circle. On thermometers, digits must strictly increase from the bulb end. White dots separate consecutive digits while black dots separate digits with a ratio of 2:1, not all possible dots are given. A squared cell (r6c4) is even. A line r8c5-r7c6-r6c6-r6c7-r6c8 is a palindrome consisting of two thermometers which share a non-bulb end.
